Cops were patting me and my mates down right from when we were little kids, and we hated the bastards for it. I remember one of the times they knicked me and my brothers - they left out little 8 year old sister alone in the flat with no adults. Completely abandoned... wouldn't listen to us. And, no, suing was not an option for 'scum' like us ;-) (Having said all that though, I have to say, I've changed my view a bit; but then some aspects of policing - PCSOs for instance - have improved in terms of community engagement.)
A compelling account mate.
I do see the two sides, though. If I had been in your place, I'd have been so utterly pissed off that I would have gone to the media and taken them to court.

Then again, I also understand what they were trying to do, albeit with so little consideration. They made mistakes by not talking to you and simply jumping to the conclusion that if you two live in the same house, you would know about your flatmate's illegal actions. They really should have shown more respect.
But being against drugs myself, I still appreciate that they were trying to fight crime.

But of course I say so because I've never been in your shoes. ;)

Good revenge, BTW :))

In response to:The guns of Lincoln

8|
